\"\"Marko \u010crn\u010dec<\/strong> is one of the most successful and internationally acclaimed contemporary Slovenian musicians. He currently lives in New York. He has worked with many of the great names of the global jazz scene, such as Bob Mintzer, Seamus Blake, Michael Philip Mossman, Marcus Gilmore, and many others. He has released five original albums that received excellent international reviews. According to jazz magazine All About Jazz, his album Devotion<\/em> (Whirlwind Recordings, 2014) is one of the top twenty jazz records of 2014. In 2019, he released the albums Place to Live<\/em> (Justin Brown, Harish Raghavan, feat. Jonathan Hoard) and The Brooklyn Sessions <\/em>(Marko \u010crn\u010dec, Joris Teepe, Billy Hart). \"\"After graduating from the Trieste Conservatory, drummer and percussionist Aljo\u0161a Jeri\u010d<\/strong> has been improving his knowledge of jazz and African-Cuban music on trips to New York and Havana. He learned from musicians such as Reggie Workman, Jimmy Cobb, Nat Adderley and Victor Lewis. He has returned to Slovenia in 2003, where he is teaching percussion at the Koper Music School. \"\"Saxophonist, arranger, music director, producer, teacher and composer Igor Lumpert<\/strong>, who has been living and working in New York for the past nineteen years, has collaborated with world\u2011renowned musicians such as Robert Glasper, John Abercrombie, Reggae Workman, Ben Monder, Drew Gress, Matt Brewer, and Dami\u00f3n Reid. He confirmed his compositional talent at the recently concluded world tour with his group Innertextures<\/em>, with which they released the album Eleven<\/em> (Clean Feed Records). \"\"Kod\u00e1ly Spicy Jazz<\/strong> band is a young Hungarian ensemble (2017), whose members are also active in various music groups and perform regularly at home and abroad. Kod\u00e1ly Spicy Jazz project aims to enable young people to reconnect with Zolt\u00e1n Kod\u00e1ly’s musical legacy. The latter marked the musical scene of the 20th century by discovering traditional folk songs and the use of their elements in jazz music. The quartet made new arrangements of Kod\u00e1ly\u2019s folk songs collection in their own \u201cspicy\u201d way.

\"\"Musician, composer, producer and multi-instrumentalist Denis Beganovi\u010d<\/strong> will present his latest songs from his upcoming album Senses<\/em>. In addition to the trombonist Denis Beganovi\u010d, the acoustic trio is composed of Mario Babojeli\u010d<\/strong> (classical guitar, sound effects) and double bassist Peter Smrdel<\/strong>. The author describes Senses <\/em>as personal, intimate, ambient. The songs were created during last autumn and winter, with dreams and seasons as the conceptual framework of the album.
