\nGlobal Picture<\/strong>
\nSensor of Human Condition <\/p>\n

German political theorist Hannah Arendt used the term \u201chuman condition\u201d to describe the joy, terror, humor and other feelings or emotions associated with being and existence. Let\u2019s suppose there is a way to measure human condition and to \u201cpaint\u201d its global picture. Would the continuous presence of such picture influence men to act differently, to feel more compassion for their fellow humans, to care more about their well-being?
\nThe changes are dependent on set of parameters which reflect the global \u201cfeel-good factor\u201d so that in every moment it has its visual representation, and no passer-by will have any excuse for not knowing the state of the humanity at any given moment. <\/p>\n

The parameters fed from into the computer-run color interface are taken from the daily online reports on global economy, stock markets, disasters, health, international relations\/conflicts, civil rights, ecology, and media. States from bad to excellent (NUMERICAL 1-7), turned into COLORS of rainbow: from red (through orange – yellow \u2013 green \u2013 turqoise – blue) to purple. <\/p>\n

A software was developed which serves as an interface and transforms all the data into color of light (LED scanners) or the color of the screen, depending on the site. <\/p>\n
